Adopt-a-block

Adopt-a-Block is a core program of the Crystal Ridge Dream Center! The Adopt-a-Block program is an outreach program that demonstrates unconditional love to the greater Fort Erie community through practical acts of service for those in need. The vision of Adopt-a-Block is to build long-term relationships with the people we interact with on a daily basis. As we serve each week we partner with individuals, on a personal level, on their journey to see dreams realized. Adopt-a-Block provides vision and structure to the body of Christ so that through relationship-building and joyful service, Christ’s love revolutionizes communities, one block at a time! Adopt-A-Block (AAB) Outreach

FOOD DRIVES

Several times throughout the year, we receive various non-perishable food items, vegetables and different types of breads from grocery stores and other organizations which we then distribute to the community.

TOY DRIVES

During the months of November & December, the CRDC decks our halls and prepares for our an annual Toy Drive for children ages 0-18 living in the Greater Fort Erie Area. We would not be able to do what we do without the support of local Businesses, Schools and Individuals. With their financial help, we are able to bless over 220 children and their families each year.

HELPING HANDS

Do you know a senior or an adult who is physically unable to do things around the house or they may just need a helping hand with yard work, or light duty home repairs? we may be able to find a volunteer who can assist you with grass cutting, snow shoveling, leave raking and garbage removal. We may also be able to help with moving furniture, assembling furniture, or changing a light bulb.

STREET MINISTRY

Our street ministry volunteers are diligently searching for those who are lost, broken and in need of prayer, food and encouragement. We ensure that any individual we meet, has connected with the appropriate organization that can help find them suitable housing.
