Our Programs & Outreach

Our Community Kitchen provides freshly prepared meals to individuals and families in our community every Tuesday and Friday from 11:00 AM–1:00 PM, while quantities last.

But the Community Kitchen is about more than a meal. It is an opportunity to welcome people through our doors, build relationships, learn more about the needs within our community, and connect individuals with other programs, services, resources, and support.

Whether someone is experiencing food insecurity, going through a difficult season, or simply needs a place where they feel welcomed and cared for, our desire is for everyone who comes through our doors to experience dignity, compassion, and belonging.

Our Wednesday Bible Study is a welcoming place to gather, explore Scripture, ask questions, share conversation and grow together in faith.

Whether you have been studying the Bible for years or are simply curious and want to learn more, you are welcome to join us. Our heart is to create an environment where people can have meaningful conversations, deepen their understanding of God's Word and encourage one another.

The Crystal Ridge Dream Center School of Music & Performing Arts provides opportunities for individuals to discover and develop their musical and creative abilities in a welcoming and encouraging environment.

Our heart is to provide a space where students can grow in skill, confidence and creativity while being encouraged to use their gifts and talents.

Programming takes place on Thursdays at the Dream Center.

Adopt-a-Block Community Outreach helps individuals and families in our community connect with the support, services and resources available to them when they are facing a need or difficult circumstance.

Our outreach may include helping people identify and access community resources, assisting with applications or forms, connecting individuals with appropriate organizations and services, providing information about available programs, and helping people navigate where to turn when they simply do not know where to start.

AAB Community Outreach also includes many of the Dream Center's practical community initiatives throughout the year, including food drives, toy drives, Christmas assistance, seasonal collections and other outreach efforts designed to support individuals and families in need.

Our goal is to help bridge the gap between a person experiencing a need and the resources that may already be available to help them — while providing encouragement, connection and practical support along the way.

Adopt-a-Block is not limited to one particular street or neighbourhood. The name represents our commitment to reaching out and caring for people throughout our community.

Church on the Beach is a seasonal outdoor Christian gathering held Sunday mornings at Bay Beach in Crystal Beach.

Throughout the summer, people from different churches, backgrounds and communities come together by the lake for worship, an encouraging message, prayer and fellowship.

Church on the Beach is not about promoting one particular church. It is about bringing the wider Christian community together and creating a welcoming opportunity for residents, visitors and families to experience church in a unique outdoor setting.

Everyone is welcome to come as they are, bring a chair and join us by the beach.
