For over 16 years, Church on the Beach has been a place where people from all walks of life can gather, encounter God, and experience community in a relaxed and welcoming outdoor setting. What began as a simple step of faith has grown into a meaningful summer tradition in Crystal Beach-bringing together local residents, seasonal visitors, vacationers, families, and individuals seeking connection, hope, and spiritual encouragement. Church on the Beach exists to create a welcoming space where people can: Experience God’s presence in a real and personal way. Hear a message of hope, love, and faith. Connect with others in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. Be encouraged, supported, and uplifted. We recognize that for many people, stepping into a traditional church building can feel intimidating. Church on the Beach provides an approachable place where individuals can explore faith, ask questions, and experience Christian community in a relaxed setting. We also welcome those who are visiting Crystal Beach for the weekend, on vacation, or spending time with family and are unable to attend their home church. Whether you’re here for one Sunday or the entire summer, we invite
you to worship with us.
As a ministry of the Crystal Ridge Dream Center, we also desire to be a bridge to the local Church. For those who are looking for a church home, we’d love to help connect you with one of the many Bible-believing churches serving our community. We believe the Church is stronger when we work together, and we’re grateful to partner with local churches in sharing the hope of Jesus Christ. Whether you’ve been part of church your whole life or are just beginning to explore faith, you are welcome here.
Moving Forward A New Season
As we enter this new season, Church on the Beach continues as an official ministry of the Crystal Ridge Dream Center.
This transition allows us to:

Ensure long-term sustainability and growth.
Expand opportunities to serve both spiritual and practical needs.
Continue building relationships with local churches while helping connect people to a church community.
Remain aligned with our charitable mission of serving our community.
While the structure has grown, the heart remains the same- to love people well, share the message of Jesus Christ, and serve our community with compassion.
A Legacy That Continues
Church on the Beach has been built through years of faith, dedication, and generosity. We especially recognize the impact of those who have faithfully supported and led this ministry over the years. Their commitment has created a foundation that will continue serving our community for years to come.
Today, that legacy continues through the leadership of the Crystal Ridge Dream Center, alongside a dedicated team of volunteers, local churches, and community partners who share a passion for seeing lives transformed.
Join Us This Season
Church on the Beach is back for the 2026 summer season, and we’d love for you to join us.
We gather Sunday mornings from 8:45am-10:00am at Bay Beach in Crystal Beach for a time of worship, biblical teaching, prayer, and community along the shoreline. Whether you’ve been coming for years or it’s your first time, everyone is welcome.

Services are held in the designated area near the Ashwood Avenue entrance. As part of our seasonal beach permit, attendance is limited, so we encourage you to arrive early to ensure space is available.
At the conclusion of each service, attendees are asked to respectfully exit the beach unless they choose to remain and pay regular beach admission at the main entrance.
Come as you are, bring a chair or blanket, and be part of what God is doing in our community this summer.
